Description

The day before armistice we commemorate all war victims. On November 10 we always provide a worship service (by invitation) in memory, but this year also a subdued concert performed by The Fortress Brass. The Fortress Brass Quintet consists of five professional brass musicians and educators from across the United States. This program will showcase music composed during or inspired by World War I. It includes works by a diverse range of composers from around the globe, as well as a new piece titled "Under Menin Gate" by American composer Damon Sink. This program promises to have something for everyone!
