In this tour pupils explore the exhibitions at their own pace. Their quest is to find hidden clues related to the history of Talbot House while picking up new vocab along the way.
A House of Words
We offer two versions of this interactive English-language quest, each with a different perspective:
- Version 1: focus on architecture, art and religion
- Version 2: focus on literature, humor and linguistics
These matters require prior explanation. This can be done via a 10-minute introductory film (secondary education level), an introduction by the teacher or a story tour by one of our storytellers.
Quick Quiz
During a visit to Talbot House you can test your students' knowledge using this quick quiz: 'A House of People', a historical quiz about the permanent exhibition, available in Dutch and English.
The perfect way to learn all about the rich history of Talbot House in an independent way.
